Losing someone you love can feel overwhelming and isolating. Our Grief Support Group provides a compassionate, faith-centered space where individuals can process their loss, share their stories, and find healing in community with others who understand the journey.
Led by trained facilitators with experience in grief counseling and pastoral care, this 8-week support group meets weekly to explore themes of loss, memory, hope, and moving forward. Each session combines guided discussion, scripture reflection, and practical coping strategies grounded in Christian faith.
The group welcomes anyone grieving the death of a loved one, regardless of how recently the loss occurred. Participants find comfort in knowing they’re not alone while developing healthy ways to process grief and honor their loved one’s memory. Topics include navigating the stages of grief, managing difficult emotions, finding meaning after loss, and embracing hope for the future.
Registration includes all 8 weekly sessions, a grief support resource guide, prayer support, and optional individual follow-up consultation.
